WUSF celebrates another successful ‘Longest Table’

WUSF Public Media’s “Longest Table” annual epicurean dinner was a fabulous success, as hundreds of friends and supporters gathered to celebrate the organization and support programs and content.

The gala is held along picturesque Bayshore Drive in downtown St. Petersburg each year, with a series of restaurants serving elegant food and fine wine.

All funds raised at the gala go to support programs at WUSF Public Media, which operates the local NPR station and broadcasts popular programs such as “Morning Edition,” “Florida Matters,” “The Zest” and “Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!,” as well as Florida’s classical music station, WSMR 89.1 and 103.9.
