Arts in Motion is a series of experiential pop-up art installations in Water Street Tampa.

Refik Anadol is a global media artist, director and pioneer in the aesthetics of machine intelligence, and now has brought “Machine Hallucinations” and “Quantum Memories” to Water Street Tampa. These installations embody what it means to be a human in the age of AI. They will be located at Raybon Plaza.
