This dining experience is curated by Director of Wine and Sommelier Peter Rusted, Executive Chef Alexis Martel, and Executive Pastry Chef Angel Santiago. Each course is thoughtfully paired to showcase and highlight the unique terroir, balance and character of these neighboring countries, blending bright acidity, layered fruit, and subtle earthiness with dishes designed to complement and elevate every pour.
