Chef JL Johnston presents a multi-course omakase, a chef-guided experience in which each course explores nuances in texture, preparation, and composition. Drink pairings are chosen to honor the ingredients on the plate rather than compete with them.
The menu is composed by the Chef, start to finish. No two seatings are the same. Every choice is deliberate. The evening is unhurried.
