Henry Bryson of Leto High School, Hillsborough County’s 2025 Teacher of the Year, was recognized for 14 years of dedication and record-breaking AP and AICE history pass rates at the Gasparilla Bowl Extra Yard for Teachers event sponsored by Tampa Electric (TECO) earlier this month, and presented alongside ESPN and the College Football Playoff Foundation to honor outstanding local educators.
Bryson received a $1,000 DonorsChoose card and some Gasparilla swag, and will be honored for his achievements at the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl this December.
