“Summer Fridays” at B2 Communications mean team members get off early on some Fridays during the summer. The early start to the weekend means they can go to the beach, run errands or get out of town. But deadlines are still met since we work as a team.
We believe it’s important to have well-rounded lives, whether it’s offering flexible work schedules or encouraging community involvement.
