If you’re looking for something different to buy at a Rays game this summer, check out the team’s minor league merchandise store.
Tucked away in a hallway outside left field, the store has merchandise from the Rays’ minor-league teams – the Durham Bulls, the Charlotte Stone Crabs and the Montgomery Biscuits.
The Biscuits have one of baseball’s most distinctive brands. The team has become well-known for selling biscuits at games – with chicken, gravy or strawberry shortcake – and for shooting biscuits into the stands with an air cannon. And who doesn’t love a mascot with a biscuit for a head?
