The University of South Florida cut the ribbon on an innovation facility at the USF Research Park on the Tampa campus. The 120,000-square-foot building features advanced laboratory facilities, as well as office and meeting spaces for new and established companies.
USF said the building will increase the park’s space by 34%. It’s currently home to more than 65 companies and dozens of additional student-led startups and has been consistently at full capacity in recent years.
USF President Rhea Law said the facility will be “a vibrant home for solving problems in our community, our state, our country and beyond.”
