Natalie Thompson, who graduated from Florida Polytechnic University in 2019, is a delivery manager for video game titan Electronic Arts (EA) whose talent earned her a fast track up the company ladder. But her work outside EA may be her most impactful.

Thompson founded and hosts a new podcast, “Unlocking My Potential,” that focuses on the personal stories of early- and mid-career STEM professionals, particularly women.

“I feel like I’m still at the beginning of my career and I couldn’t find any podcast that I could relate to,” she said.

Nearly 2,000 users have subscribed to the podcast on YouTube.
