Blue Sky Communities, in partnership with CASL and Tri-County Human Services, hosted a ribbon-cutting for Jersey Commons, a $23 million development with 68 affordable units, available to those earning 60% AMI or less.

Located at 1115 Wilson Drive, the property addresses urgent housing and supportive needs for some in Polk County who most need it.

Onsite services and amenities include a fitness center, community room and residential support services to further enhance the quality of life for all tenants.

The facility has 52 single-bedroom units and 16 two-bedroom. Accessible units and reasonable accommodations are available to those with unique needs.
