Shumaker, a firm with more than 300 lawyers and advisors on staff, is expanding its Litigation and Disputes Service Line with the addition of two new partners, Peter P. Murnaghan and Jill K. Schmidt.
The hires will expand Shumaker’s litigation practice and address the region’s growing demand for legal services in construction defect cases and business client defense in personal injury claims.
Murnaghan has more than 40 years of litigation experience, with a focus on civil trial practice.
Schmidt has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell – which denotes the highest level of professional excellence – and is also an experienced litigator.
