Strategic Property Partners, LLC (“SPP”) announced a major milestone at Water Street Tampa, with Sparkman Wharf’s office property reaching 100 percent leased.
SPP has also signed a new office lease with Matthews Real Estate Investments Services™ at the district’s trophy office tower, Thousand & One, bringing the tower to 80 percent leased.
