Shumaker Advisors has promoted Celeste Schettino to assistant director of operations, from her previous role as manager of government relations.
Schettino recently graduated from Florida State University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She will now be responsible for assisting the Chief of Staff with business development and client retention.
Schettino will also work closely with the firm to tailor strategies on fundraising, marketing, prospecting and proposals.
Schettino previously worked for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as an executive assistant to former Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried.
The firm described Schettino as a dependable and proactive go-getter.
