Blue Sky Communities announced a partnership with the Diocese of St. Petersburg and Catholic Charities to build a 140-unit affordable housing development for residents 62 and over. Located in the Mango area, this community will be called Casa di Francesco.

Of the 140 units, 15 percent will be reserved for residents earning below 30 percent of the area median income. The remainder of the units will be available for those earning below 60 percent of the area median income.

The development is expected to be completed in summer 2024 and will provide a variety of amenities and services to residents.
