Nation’s first eye clinic of its kind comes to Westchase CVS Tuesday

Local elected officials and community leaders will gather at a Westchase CVS Tuesday morning for the opening of Network Eye, a subspecialty new eye clinic opening inside the CVS at 801 W Linebaugh Ave.  The clinic will be the first of its kind in the nation to offer testing and physician-provided treatment inside a major retailer.

Founded in 2019, Network Eye specializes in helping patients at risk for two of the leading causes of blindness – diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.

Network Eye said the clinic could significantly alter the health retail world and improve health equity and access.
