Mike Fasano selects Humane Society of Pasco as featured charity for February

Pasco County Tax Collector Mike Fasano announced this week he’d selected the Humane Society of Pasco County to be his office’s featured charity for February.

“It is our honor to help shine the spotlight on the Humane Society of Pasco County,” Fasano said. “Each dollar raised will have an enormous impact on the health and well-being of the animals that are under the protection of this fine organization.”

Fasano’s office features a different charity each month. The Humane Society is a volunteer-run no-kill shelter. The shelter houses and cares for abused and abandoned dogs and cats until they are adopted.
