Paddock1 is bringing car condos to Tampa — as soon as next year.
The company will establish the first “luxury garage condo community” in the city, providing a high-end storage unit for cars, boats and other motor vehicles. The units are available for purchase rather than rent.
The center will have 61 units from 1,000 to 1,400 square feet. The largest floor plan can fit nine cars comfortably and lifts could double that number. Units range in price from $255,000 to $345,000 and owners would pay fees between $85 to $125 each a month.
Nearly two dozen units have already sold.
