More than writing a check

Giving back takes more than writing checks and giving them to local organizations. It’s about tangible results, memorable events and meaningful partnerships, which looks like:

– Raising $405,000 for area schools, so teachers can launch simulated business programs or take students on special field trips.

– Bringing people together, whether it’s family teams at the Box Car Rally or mom/daughter duos at the Scrapbook Crop.

– Helping to fund community projects like Achieva’s Paw Park expansion or the maintenance of “Achieva Way,” a new street name that replaces the section of Virginia Street between Main Street and Keene Road in Dunedin.
