Empowering women in real estate

ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative is a powerful 125-member group with one goal: increase visibility and leadership of women in the real estate industry.

As they move ahead, these women real estate professionals hear from leaders like Rhea Law of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney, Cami Gibertini of Valley National Bank, and Rebecca Snyder of Strategic Property Partners. Among the topics: making difficult career decisions and finding ways to move ahead in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
